" I’m the strata president and wanted to provide some feedback on the services we are receiving from All Elements. I recognize that you have an ongoing working relationship with our Maintenance Chair, which she reports as being excellent. Other than approving your invoices, I have very little personal knowledge of the service All Elements provides. Until now, that is.   

Over the past weekend, your crew discovered extensive rot at our house requiring immediate remediation. The three members of your crew, Mike, Robin, and I’m afraid I can’t recall the name of the third young man, fully displayed their patience, knowledge and experience. It was such a pleasure to deal with such a courteous and accommodating crew. They couldn’t have done more to provide my husband and me with explanations and information about our situation. 

After experiencing first-hand the high quality of service by your firm, I feel confident that our Strata has hired the right company for our remediation efforts. Ryan, please pass on my appreciation to this crew. Thank you. "

" I wanted to give you and council my feedback on All Elements who recently did some work on my leaking window. This company was great to deal with. Everyone was friendly and helpful all the way through. I was surprised yesterday to receive a follow up phone call from their office after the most recent rainy weather to ensure I didn’t have any further leaks. I’ve had lots of different contractors in my unit over the years for various strata related repairs and this was a first. Overall, I was very happy with the service from this company and would be happy to see them working here again if necessary. "
